PROJECT: LIVE GREEN!
A regional Green Guru and home designer demanded sustainable design inside and out, but still wanted lawn for her dogs. Native Bermuda sod was chosen and roof runoff was captured in a cistern to irrigate and to top off the water garden that welcomes her friends and clients. This award winning industrial barn( with an Asian flare) home office is as unique as it gets! Rain gardens were installed to absorb runoff before it reaches the lake. Native, reclaimed and well adapted plants were used to extend the eclectic theme to the garden. It's all about GREEN!
DAVIDSON COURTYARD
What do you do when you are accustomed to a large home and outdoors and you’ve downsized to a condo with a stark patio featuring utility panels as focal points? Call Jan to turn it into a haven. Ann's birdhouse collection now hovers on a recycled shelf. The enlarged and stoned patio now has ample room for dining. Runoff is  channeled with an attractive dry creek that is softened by a parade of blooming perennials.Que the hummingbirds!
